Garlic is well known for its many health benefits, including boosting the immune system, reducing blood pressure, and detoxifying the body. Not surprisingly, Garlic Essential Oil carries many of the same benefits in a smaller, much more potent package.
In spite of its great therapeutic potential, Garlic Essential Oil remains relatively unknown within the aromatherapy community. The reason for this is the intense aroma of Garlic Essential Oil, which can be overpowering in many situations.
To overcome this, Garlic Essential Oil needs to be used in weak dilutions and combined with other, more traditional essential oils.
